Deep fry: Deep fry the frozen Breaded Fish Fillets in vegetable oil at 180°C for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Drain well and serve. In the Oven: Grill the frozen Breaded Fish Fillets on a baking tray in your pre-heated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes. For best result, turn the fillets over after the first 12 minutes of cooking.
