A simple fried fish burger and tartar sauce recipe to cook a great meal for family or friends.

  • 1 pack of Siblou Breaded Fish Burgers
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 big pickle (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons small-diced pickles or cornichons
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon coarse-grained mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    The preparation is easy! 1) For the tartar sauce, place the mayonnaise, small diced pickles (cornichons), white vinegar, capers, mustard, salt and pepper in a food processor or mini chopper fitted with a steel blade and pulse several times until the pickles are finely chopped and all the ingredients are well mixed but not pureed. 1) Shallow fry the Siblou Breaded Fish Burgers for 4 minutes per side or until golden and crispy. 2) Cut the bun, add the prepared tartar sauce,lettuce leaf and chopped pickle and serve.
