  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 bag of Siblou Cold Water Prawns
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 lemon (zest)
    1) In a small bowl, prepare the cocktail sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. 2) In a bigger bowl, place the Siblou Cold Water Prawns, lemon zest, coriander, pepper & the prepared cocktail sauce and mix. 3) Fill each ½ avocado skin with the shrimp cocktail mixture and serve. You can serve them chilled or at room temperature.
