Baked White Fish Fillets with Pepper & Zucchini

Baked in the oven until all the flavors meld together in one luscious dish, this will satisfy your cravings for something hearty, but still leave you feeling light and healthy.

  • 1 bag of Siblou White Fish Fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon (zest)
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 green, yellow & red peppers
    1) Drizzle the olive oil on a baking tray and place the Siblou White Fish Fillets. Top them with sesame oil, lemon zest, salt & pepper. 2) Aside, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, coriander and ginger. 3) Add the sauce to the fillets. 4) As a first step, bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 minutes and then lower the temperature to 145°C and continue baking for another 10 minutes. 4) Cut the zucchini & peppers into circles and place them in a different baking tray along with a drizzle of olive oil. 5) Bake them for 8-12 minutes at 220°C, or until reaching a brownish color. 6) Serve the white fish fillets alongside the baked zucchini & peppers!
