Create stylish finger food for your gatherings with these simple to make crab summer rolls.

  • 80 g of Siblou Crab Sticks
  • 2 small carrots, thinly sliced
  • 8 large rice paper sheets
  • 1 red cabbage
  • 4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
    1) Fill a dish with warm water, then dip the rice paper in it for 10 seconds. Remove and pat dry with a towel. 2) Turn the crab into filaments and chop the carrots, red cabbage and cucumber into thin linear slices. 3) Lay the rice paper on a bench and place the crab filaments at your nearest end. Top with some chopped carrots, red cabbage and cucumber. 3) Fold in the sides of the paper, then roll up to enclose. 4) Cut in half and serve with sweet chili sauce.
