  • 2 piece of Siblou tilapia fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon red Vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 orange (juice)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 200 g broccoli and carrot slawr
    1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Combine lime juice, red vinegar, sugar, garlic, orange juice, soy sauce and honey in a small mixing bowl to create glazing. 3. Place tilapia fillets on cooking sheet. Coat each piece with glaze. 4. On a separate cooking sheet, peel and chop potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. 5. Bake tilapia fillets and potatoes for 15-25 minutes or until done. 6. Serve with broccoli and carrot slaw.
