Frying: Deep fry the frozen Tempura Fish Fillets in vegetable oil at 180°C for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain well and serve. In the Oven: Grill the frozen Tempura Fish Fillets on a baking tray in your pre-heated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes. For best result, turn the fillets over after the first 12 minutes of cooking
