To shallow fry: Fry in a little pre-heated oil over a medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes for each of the two sides till a golden and crisp surface is achieved. To deep fry: Preheat oil to 180°C and fry for 5 minutes till a golden and crisp surface is achieved.
