Juicy on the inside, crispy and golden brown on the outside, these Japanese pan-fried Shrimps Gyoza are popular weeknight meal as well as a great appetizer for your gatherings!

  • 1 pack of Siblou Gyoza
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 handful sesame seeds
  • 1/5 handful chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced green chili
    1. Pan fry the Gyozas in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil at medium heat for 2 minutes without turning the Gyozas over. 2. Add gently half a cup of water and cover again. Continue cooking for 4 more minutes. *beware of oil splatter while adding water 3. Pan fry again the Gyozas until reaching a brown color on the bottom. 4. To prepare the sweet tangy sauce, mix 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar and 2 tablespoon of sesame oil. Then add, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, a handful of chopped green onions, a handful of sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon of minced green chili. Enjoy!
