Burgers don't have to be meaty. Try this fresh-tasting salmon burger instead, topped with avocado salsa. You can still add layers of tomato, lettuce and beetroot if you like.
1) Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the Siblou Salmon Burgers for about 3 minutes, from each side, until reaching a golden color.
2) On the side, prepare the avocado sauce. Mix the mashed avocado, salt, pepper, lemon juice & coriander.
3) Cut the bun and assemble the burger by layering the patty along with avocado sauce, red onion rings and a romaine lettuce leaf.
