Easy Teriyaki Salmon pan-fried to perfection and served with a homemade teriyaki sauce on a bed of rice.

  • 84 Siblou Smoked Salmon Fillets
  • 1 cup of cooked white rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1. In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and ginger. 2. Cut the salmon into chunks. Add to marinade. 3. Add rice, salmon and avocado to the bowl with the marinade. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 4. Serve with extra diced green onions, Sliced Nori paper and sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
