Fish and chips is a hot dish of English origin consisting of fried battered fish and hot potato chips. It is a common early example of culinary fusion.
1) How to prepare tartar sauce:
Place the mayonnaise, diced cornichons, white vinegar, capers, mustard, salt and pepper in a food processor or mini chopper fitted with a steel blade and pulse several times until the pickles are finely chopped and all the ingredients are well mixed but not pureed.
2) Fry the Siblou Tempura Fish Fillets at 175°C for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until reaching a golden color.
3) Drain well and serve alongside with fries, tartar sauce and lemon slices.
