The preparation is easy!
1) For the tartar sauce, place the mayonnaise, small diced pickles (cornichons), white vinegar, capers, mustard, salt and pepper in a food processor or mini chopper fitted with a steel blade and pulse several times until the pickles are finely chopped and all the ingredients are well mixed but not pureed.
1) Shallow fry the Siblou Breaded Fish Burgers for 4 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
2) Cut the bun, add the prepared tartar sauce,lettuce leaf and chopped pickle and serve.
