1) Mix the ginger, garlic, lemon juice, sesame oil and soy sauce.
2) Drizzle the olive oil in a heated pan fry and then place the Siblou Salmon Fillets. Season with salt, black pepper & dill.
3) Add the prepared sauce on top.
4) Cook for 25 minutes at 185°C.
5) In a different pan, cook the fresh asparagus for 10 minutes over medium-high heat. Turn them to ensure even cooking.
6) Serve the cooked salmon fillets on a bed of asparagus and decorate with pink peppercorn.
