1) In a small bowl, prepare the cocktail sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard.
2) In a bigger bowl, place the Siblou Cold Water Prawns, lemon zest, coriander, pepper & the prepared cocktail sauce and mix.
3) Fill each ½ avocado skin with the shrimp cocktail mixture and serve.
You can serve them chilled or at room temperature.
