1) Melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the chopped ginger then add the Siblou Cooked Shrimps.
2) Sprinkle salt & pepper. Add lemon zest and sauté the shrimps for 3 minutes.
3) For the sauce, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce and coriander.
4) Boil the linguine until cooked and bring the vegetables to boil.
5) Drain the linguine and the vegetables and add them to the shrimps.
6) Add the prepared sauce to the mixture and serve.
